Expenses were EarthFest, Raffles, and pay out on See's Candies.

2.        EarthFest-

"        Many thanks to Molly Anderson, Dena Jackels, Cecilia Bruno, Kendra Elliot and all those who worked so hard.
"        We are still selling bags and T-shirts. They can be worn every Wednesday to school.
"        Molly thanked everyone for coming out, and it will grow from here. There was great participation from the room Moms and helping to get the word out. This was much more of a community builder this year, rather than a fundraiser.  (We are still waiting on the final numbers)
"        We also had wonderful participation with the recycling.
"        People came up with great ideas a week before, and can hopefully contribute more next year.
"        An anonymous EarthFest survey will be going out in Family Envelope next week on suggestions, improvements, etc.
"        There is a possibility that in the future it may be required to give service hours by mandatory participation in the Spring EarthFest event - 2 to 4 hours.
"        Molly said she'd like to see every family put in at least one hour as a community builder as well as necessary volunteer.
"        Cathy Snyder mentions that almost every other school has required participation… and could allow us to do a two-day event. Mike Brennan points out that St. Francis has a requirement of 10 hours per family. Palmer says if we're going to elongate it, we need different events on different days and nights.
"        Molly says she thinks next year we can get sponsorship to cover admission price, so that it can still make money without being a burden on so many.
"        Lisa May said we need to attract more than the St. Cyril's crowd - opening it up to the community. Mike Brennan points out we don't need rides to open it up, we need more entertainment. Molly points out that EARTHEST is also a unique approach that CAN attract a lot of people.
"        Kat Connelly wondered if we marketed to other Catholic communities.

3.        Super Raffle- Scott Briggs

"        Carried over to Lounge Lizard.
"        We have only sold 160 tickets so far. There was discussion of whether there be 2nd and 3rd prizes and question of whether there can be a higher percentage.
"        Mike Muir explains that it's dollars into the school that can be attributed to fundraising.

4.        Lounge Lizard- Mike Brennan

"        It's going to be a great show, with a new format and theme.
"        We still need a little more help in set up and clean up.

5.        Family Picnic - Pilar Amir

"        The date is June 1st.
"        It looks like the theme will be international culture - people bringing food from their country, talk about their cultures, suggest activities, etc.
"        Location still to be determined.

6.        Emergency Preparedness Drill (Send Word Now) - Eileen Lyon, School Board President

"        Eileen works closely with Mike Muir on many issues and this year most importantly we are working on emergency preparedness.
"        We have implemented the "Send Word Now" program and we used yesterday as a test.
"        We will likely do pick-up drill during school day on May 19. Parents will have to walk on and pick-up.  No time will be given as this is a drill, but it will most likely be late afternoon.
"        Many concerns that the caller ID comes up as Nancy Bashara- a.k.a. Coach Nancy. It needs to be changed to St. Cyril's.
"        Concerns about where the kids are going to be held… whether they're safer inside or outside… about who picks up if the parents can't.
"        Plans are to alert law enforcement of the drill.
"        Pre-K MUST be a separate pick-up - it's a different entity.

Eileen wraps up by plugging for the school board - an interest form will be going out.

7.        Avengers Game - Julie Valendia

"        We have sold 27 tickets so far.
"        Schedule will be from 4:00pm- 5:00pm an Obstacle Course, 5:00-7:30 pre-game Jam and game starts at 7:30 game. They can take Credit Cards.
"        Tickets are still available.

Principal's Report

"        A little frustration, a little fatigue setting in at end of the year and sometimes it comes out in a negative way. Instead, Mr. Muir wants to look back at the successes of the year, completed by the "Faithful 50"… the people who work all the time.
"        Plugged School Board and PVC Board - they get things done:
